SCAM NOTICE! Beware of some new scams involving so-called "free" pets or items. If the person is out of the country, or wants you to pay shipping, don't do it. There are lots of scammers posting and responding to ads. Make sure you know who you're dealing with and do not let your sense of greed overwhelm your common sense. You can go to jail for fraud if you deposit one of those bogus foreign cashier's checks that the scammers are sending.
